ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT

Welcome to the first step in joining a yoga community that exists to make yoga accessible and affordable to all irrespective of age, low income, disability, ill health or vulnerability. We are excited that you have chosen to apply for the Lumi Foundation Mentorship Programme. Teaching community yoga is a powerful way to make a real difference to the lives of those around you and we acknowledge your willingness to start this journey!

This document contains the application form that we ask you to complete and return to us. In addition, this document outlines the application process. Let’s begin!

APPLICATION PROCESS

Your application to Lumi Foundation Mentorship Programme follows a few simple steps. The purpose of the application process is for us to get to know you better and to understand your needs and expectations of the programme. Please approach the application process and the questions with an open mind and be honest with your answers.

STEP 1: Application Pack. Complete the application. The review of your application starts when we have received your application. Please ensure that you submit your application before the application deadline on 5pm on Monday 17 May.

STEP 2: Interview. We will compile a shortlist of applicants following our review of the applications. We will conduct an interview with all shortlisted applicants. The interview will take 30 minutes and will be done online. In the interview we will cover any outstanding questions and make sure that your questions are answered.

STEP 3: Confirmation and Payment. We will select 6 applicants to join the programme. Successful applicants should arrange to transfer the Mentorship Programme fee (refer to fee structure outlined on our website). We will send you payment details. If you would like to apply for a Supported Place, please complete this section on the application form.

SECTION 3 - MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME

SECTION 4 - TEACHING FOR LUMI FOUNDATION
Please note that successful completion of the mentorship programme does not guarantee that you will automatically join our teaching team. To join our team you will need to demonstrate your commitment, passion and enthusiasm, and remains subject to the needs of the Foundation at the time.
