The Merrimack Institute for New Teacher Support (MINTS) Presents: Tuesday Night Yoga Sessions: April and May 2021
Thank you for your interest in attending our upcoming Tuesday night yoga sessions in April and May 2021. These sessions will be facilitated by Dr. Sarah Benes, Associate Clinical Professor in the School of Health Sciences at Merrimack College. These free 60-minute classes are designed for beginners and all are welcome to join in the comfort of your own space!

These sessions will occur every Tuesday night from 7:00pm-8:00pm EST throughout April and May on Zoom. Once you fill out the RSVP, you will receive reminder emails with a Zoom link for each of these sessions. We encourage you to come to as many sessions as you can.

Instructor Biography: Dr. Sarah Benes recently received her yoga teacher certification through the Breathe for Change program. She is currently working on her 200-hour Yoga Teacher training to build upon her initial training. Sarah is an Associate Clinical Professor in the School of Health Sciences at Merrimack College and this is her fifth year at the College. She has a BS in Athletic Training, an EdM in Human Movement, an EdD in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in health education, and she recently completed her Masters in Public Health. Sarah is also a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor. She lives in Natick, MA with her husband, two daughters, and her yellow lab.
