Miss Black Pasadena is a Mentorship and Scholarship Program founded in Pasadena, California, in 2018, comprised of Community Outreach, Mentorship, Team Building, and Self-Development Workshops. It culminates with a Scholarship Pageant Showcase to highlight program participants' beauty and unique talents and support them in pursuing higher education!

As we begin to launch our 4th year of crowning the culture, we are looking for dynamic and creative women to join our team.

We are looking for team members who are passionate about building up the next generation of Black Women and have the following skill sets:

+ Marketing & Communications
