The Women in Agile organization is leading a 2023 mentorship program for eligible members in support of its mission. The common options for Agile practitioners seeking mentorship limit them to leaders in their own company or career consultants in the Agile industry who provide training and coaching services, both of which can create conflicts of interest. The primary mission of the Mentoring program is building mentor-mentee relationships that help the Women in Agile community unlock their full potential.

Key dates:
*Mentee applications open for submittal – December 21, 2022
*Mentee applications close for submittal – January 20, 2023
*Selection committee short listing and mentor matching – January 21-21, 2023
*Notifications sent to submitters – February 1, 2023
*Meetings with mentor need to occur February-July 2023 (no less than one meeting per month)
