2024 Senior Newspaper Ad Request

The staff of The Beacon will once again be selling ads for inclusion in the 2024 commemorative senior issue of the newspaper. Ad requests and payments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 19th. Any ad requests submitted after that date will not be included. You have two options for submitting an ad request: 1) print out the form attached to your email and include a check with your form. Either mail it or deliver it to Mrs. Jami Russ before April 19. 2) complete this Google Form then pay for your ad through PaySchools. Ad requests will not be accepted via email. The school address is 2660 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH 45434.

There are two options for ads: a simple 3-line message in a box for $10 or a larger message with photo for $20. Please do not include professional senior photos unless you have purchased permission to print those. Your photos can be submitted via email or you can drop off a physical photo to be scanned. The email address to submit senior photos is beavercreekbeacon@gmail.com. Please note: student gocreek accounts will not be able to submit photos.

Please note that all ads will appear in black and white in the issue that will be delivered to seniors. Please ask your senior to make sure to grab a copy at distribution, especially if you buy an ad. A few extra copies will be available at the Nutter Center during graduation.
