Entire Summer Program
June 10-14 - Planting Seeds:We'll be planting seeds literally & figuratively as we start our summer garden together & lay a foundation for our yoga practices for the summer.
June 17-21 - Immersion in Nature: Nurturing the Earth & fostering a close relationship to it is very important to us at Mala Yoga, so we'll be taking extra nature walks, doing nature crafts & fostering a deeper connection with the world around us.
June 24-28 Mdfulness & Heartfulness using the Thich Nhat Hahn method
July 8 - 12 Meditation & Mindfulness toolkit
July 15-19 - The Yamas - kindness toward the world & others
July 22-26- The Niyamas - kindness towards ourselves & self compassion
August 5-9 Chakras I: Kids learn and tune into their inner super powers!
August 12-16 - Chakras II: Kids learn and tune into their inner super powers!
August 19-23 - Animal Yoga Adventure: Welcome to our wildest week! We'll be joined by special animal and reptile guests as we explore yoga, meditation, pranayama & more through the eyes of our favorite furry, feathered, reptilian & aquatic friends!
August 26-30 Bhakti! Celebrate yoga through music, dance and movement
