AAUSS After School Club Registration

2nd round of clubs will start Tuesday January 31st (as Monday January 30th is a Teacher Professional Development Day & there is no school that day) - March 7th (no clubs the week of 2/13/23 - 2/17/23 due to Parent Teacher Conferences).

Students must maintain exemplary behavior to participate in an after-school club. Students with inappropriate behavior will be provided one warning and parents will be contacted. A second occurrence will result in dismissal from club.

By filling out this form, I give permission for my student to participate in the after-school club(s) selected above. I understand that siblings or car pool members who are not participating in an after-school program must be picked up directly after school and may not “hang out and wait” for clubs to finish. I also understand that I will arrive promptly at 4:00 pm to pick up my student.
