Anonymous Tips about Unequal Pay in Colorado
Please use this form to anonymously report a Colorado employer paying employees of a different gender unequally, even though the employees do substantially similar work. You may also report any other Part 1 violation. You may submit an Unequal Pay Complaint form to submit non-anonymously and to provide more information about the allegations of unequal pay.

What is the name of the business or company? If possible, give the address of the business, as well as any owner, manager, or other individual who decides employees’ pay.

Give as much detail as you can about the following topics:

-- For each employee who is paid less, share as much information as you can about their name, their gender, how much they are paid, their job title, and their job duties.

-- Similarly, for each employee who is paid more, share as much information as you can about their name, their gender, how much they are paid, their job title, and their job duties.
