Learn how to develop a local climate action plan in your municipality using a template from the PA Department of Environmental Protection.

Our speakers will be Eric Raabe from the Congress of Neighboring Communities (CONNECT), along with Dr. Patti DeMarco from Forest Hills and Mary Ellen Ramage from Etna – two local communities that have already implemented climate action plans. They will give an overview of the PA Department of Environmental Protection’s template for local community plans, and discuss what actions they have taken to encourage other municipalities to create and implement their own local climate plans.
