Core Philosophy: Guild "Reported" is renowned for its hardcore playstyle, emphasizing fast and efficient clears while maintaining high parsing content. We prioritize team effort over individual glory, believing that our collective strength is key to conquering the most challenging aspects of the game.
Endgame Focus: Our guild is dedicated to endgame content at level 60, employing a Loot Council system to ensure fair and strategic distribution of gear. In our 10-man content, we opt for Group Loot to enhance efficiency and speed. In these runs, alts are allowed to roll against mains for blue items, while epic items are reserved for main characters. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy on loot drama, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all members.
Raid Schedule: Our raid times are dynamic, with Blackfathom Deeps (BFD) runs scheduled every day at 8 PM EST and later. This flexibility caters to our members' diverse schedules while maintaining a consistent raiding routine.
Guild Requirements:
- Profession: Engineering is required for all members past level 40, including 40-man raid rostered alts. This ensures that every member can contribute effectively to the guild's objectives, especially considering potential changes in the profession meta.
- Preparation: World Buffs and full consumables are mandatory for all raids, ensuring that every member is at their peak performance.
- Alts: Members are semi-required to have alts ready for group fills and as backup raiders, ensuring we're always raid-ready.
- Discipline: Hyper-organization is a hallmark of our guild, with Discord being an essential tool for communication and coordination.
Guild History: Since our inception in 2019, Reported has been led by the same core group of leaders, bringing stability and experience to our guild operations.
