Please respond to the following prompts
As the Girls Rock! Chicago Program Coordinator, you will be responding to stakeholders such as parents, campers, volunteers, community members, and donors. Below are two common email scenarios. Please compose a response to each scenario.
At GR!C, we try our hardest to accommodate camper preferences, but due to limited availability, instrument assignments are done on a first-come, first-served basis. As a result, sometimes campers (and their parents) are disappointed if they don't get their first choice. Part A: Write an email to a parent who is unhappy with their child's assignment. Part B: What would you say to a disappointed camper in this situation? *
A music organization has contacted you proposing a workshop for camp. You notice that the mission of the organization is not aligned with Girls Rock! Chicago's mission. Compose an email in which you express appreciation to the individual for wanting to support GR!C, but unfortunately GR!C cannot accept the offer. *
What in your professional or personal background makes you interested in the mission of Girls Rock! Chicago and in providing these types of opportunities for youth? *
