This application indicates that you, the parent/guardian, are interested in enrolling your child in the UW Lab School lottery for the next school year. This application does not obligate you in any way other than to have your child's application on file as a prospective student. A lottery of applications is used to enroll students. The state mandated lottery process is held annually in April and continues until all grade levels have reached capacity.
The lottery for the 2024-2025 school year will take place on April 3, 2024. All applications must be received by midnight prior to the lottery date. If your child's application is selected through the lottery process, you will initially be contacted by email and will have
two days to respond with your enrollment decision. If we do not hear back from you, your child's spot will be forfeited to the next lottery drawing applicant.
Please complete a separate application for each child. Admission is subject to a review of the student's birth record (date of birth) in accordance with ACSD#1 board policy.
Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will open on October 1, 2024.
