Please fill out Google form before May 19th if you plan to attend Field Day on Thursday, May 19th at Alma Martinez Intermediate School.

This will allow our receptionist to have pre-printed Visitor's Badge for you rather than having to wait in the Raptor line. This MUST be completed for all adults coming to Field Day on Thursday, May 19th.

Please wear your badge before you enter the school, and you may bypass the intercom system. You must show an ID before picking up your badge.

Keep in mind, if you choose to not fill this out, you will have to wait in the Raptor line to get your Visitor Badge.
If you have not signed in through our Raptor system this school year, you will need to come to the front office and have your driver’s license scanned.
