- Dogs to Enter their class, dogs may go up a class on the day, time permitting.
- All competitors must sign an indemnity and waiver form prior to competing. These will be available on the day.
- The judge's decision is final
- Organisers retain the right to limit entries or alter the program at any time.
- All handlers must be a member of the NSW Yard Dog Association to compete or become a day member. Day membership forms will be available on the day.

Note:  Bitches on oestrus not permitted on the grounds.

You may complete this form as many times as necessary if you would like to enter additional dogs or classes - you do not need to reenter items already entered on previously submitted forms
