CHS - Skyward - Reset Username and Password
Please fill in the appropriate information below for the parent and/or guardian who is requesting a Family Access request to reset your user name and password.  Through Family Access parents will be able to view their child's information and complete the Online Registration process.  Parents and/or guardians with multiple students shall be assigned one user name and password.
