We are so excited to offer VBS in-person this year! We hope you can join us for three fun days of learning Jesus' power helps us do hard things, gives us hope and helps us be good friends!
VBS is for 3 year old - 4th grade students - we encourage our 5th & 6th graders to sign up as crew assistants.
When: Tuesday, June 8th, Wednesday, June 9th & Thursday, June 10th from 2-3:30pm at FLC.
An offering of $10 per student/$25 per family helps to cover curriculum, snacks & t-shirt.

What to bring: We ask that your student/s bring a labeled and filled water bottle each day of VBS along with a face mask or face shield.
Once you register, you will be added to our church Flocknotes VBS group. You will receive updates and information this way regarding VBS.
Your child/ren will be placed into crews of up to 12 people consisting of a Crew Leader, Assistant Crew leader and students. Due to COVID 19 regulations, we will keep siblings together in the same crew. Crew assignments will be emailed out to parents the week of VBS.
Our VBS COVID Health and Safety Procedures are as follows:
-Parents or permitted individuals of grade level students 3 year old – 1st Grade will need to checked in/out your child each day of VBS.
-Staff members/Volunteers/Students with any signs of illness and/or in quarantine from a positive COVID exposure will remain at home.
-If there is a confirmed First Lutheran VBS COVID positive exposure you will be notified via text and email.
-Upon arrival, both staff and students will either wash hands or sanitize, and do so at the end of class, or as is necessary in between.
-No food is allowed at this time or will be utilized during VBS. A take home treat will be provided each day.
-Water fountains will not be in use. Your child may bring in their own labeled water bottle.
-Activities will be conducted with social distancing in mind
-Masks are highly encouraged to be worn outdoors for adults and children 5 years of age and older on church property and required when indoors.
We very much hope you will join us!! To guarantee a spot and t-shirt, registration must be completed by Wednesday, May 26th. Because of COVID-19 guidelines and space/distancing requirements, we cannot accept late registrations this year, however if you register after May 26 you may be placed on a waitlist and will be notified if space becomes available.
We are offering an at home "VBS in a Bag" distance learning option per request. You will receive a t-shirt, snack, craft and lessons. If this is something you would be interested in please email Ms. Melissa at
