Welcome to the 2022 Side by Side with the Chicago Philharmonic sign up form!
Sign up for as many concerts as you like, but please note the Chicago Philharmonic has the right to move any person signed up for multiple concerts to any concert's wait-list according to the demand of that particular concert.

These will be a live, in-person events! String and percussion players may be asked to wear a mask, depending on state and city regulations at the time of the events.
