CPC Indoor Worship Survey
When we first resume worship inside the sanctuary, some things will look different.  The Worship Committee has been hard at work to make sure the risk of viral transmission has been minimized.  To help guide the sign-up process, please indicate if you think you will be interested in attending indoor worship once it becomes available.  The results are anonymous; names and email addresses are not being collected.

For your review, these are the procedures that will be followed:

-Total capacity will be limited.  Session has set the current limit at 60 people, including worship leaders and ushers.  Advanced sign-up will be required.
-Everyone will have their temperature checked prior to entering the building.  Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or greater will be asked to participate virtually.
-Hand sanitizer should be used when entering the building.
-Six feet distancing from people outside one’s family group should be maintained as much as possible.
-Everyone over 2 years old will wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose at all times, including people who have been fully vaccinated.  Neck gaiters and bandannas are not permitted.  Anyone who does not want to wear a mask, or for whom wearing a mask is not medically advisable, should participate virtually.
-Nursery care will not be available.
-Children’s worship bags, bulletins and welcome bags will not be available.  There will be no hymnals or other books in the pews.
-Offering plates will be placed at the entrance to the sanctuary, rather than passed in the pews.
-We ask that family members arrive as a group to help ushers seat them together.
-Bathroom use is discouraged as possible.  If necessary, only 1 person or family should use the bathroom at a time.  All surfaces touched should be wiped clean by the user upon leaving.
