Qualification and Experience:
1. A three/five-year law degree
2. 1-3 years Post qualification experience in litigation

Skills:
1. Working knowledge of IBC, Limitation Act, CPC, Cr.P.C. and Company Law.
2. Ability to analyse the problem/ issue at hand, and possess strong research skills.
3. Ability to assist in drafting and preparing documents in the nature of pleadings, rejoinders etc.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
