This form is your formal registration for Camp MASH Mobile 2023.  You will need to fill out all parts of this form and submit ASAP.  This form must be submitted to secure your camper a spot for Camp MASH Mobile 2023.

NOTE: Camp MASH Mobile does reserve the right to notify a registered camper that camp is at capacity on a first come, first serve basis and especially as it relates to bed spots.  You will be contacted ASAP if we reach capacity and your camper is put on the wait list. We promise to do our best to close registration prior to this and work very hard and creatively to make sure everyone eligible has the opportunity to attend.

As of the writing of this form, Camp MASH Mobile will be from Sunday, June 11th, with arrival between 2pm and 5pm, thru Friday June 16th.  We will give you details about all the options for that Friday finish in a coming follow up email.
