Please note :

1.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the worship start time.

2.  You need to submit a COVID pre-screening questionnaire on the morning of the worship prior to arriving at church.

3.  Use of face masks indoor and outdoor and physical distancing of 6 feet/2 meters are mandatory.

4.  Use one form to register yourself, your family or your bubble.

5. We will be only be contacting you if seat requests exceed available seats.
