All types of arts & craft will be considered; however, we are especially interested in “handmade” craft items. 

• All vendors must confirm items to be sold by contacting INTERNATIONAL ARTS FESTIVAL prior to signing the contract. 
• Vendor set up days will be on Friday October 6th, 2pm – 6pm and Saturday, October 7th from 8am – 11am – FESTIVAL STARTS SATURDAY AT 2PM – 10PM and SUNDAY 1PM – 8PM 
  
• Vendor packages with passes will be issued at the Vendors’ Entrance (back gate - (2300 N. Peters St., New Orleans, LA 70117) on the morning of Saturday, October 7th, 8AM - 11AM. Each arts & crafts vendor will receive three passes per booth, unless otherwise indicated by the director. Passes must be displayed at all times during the festival. PASSES WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN 
• After receiving passes, vendors will proceed to designated area for set-up. After unloading, all vehicles must be moved off field and parked in the designated vendor parking area (to be given by the director and security). 
• No booth sharing is allowed. ANY VENDOR CAUGHT SHARING WILL BE CLOSED DOWN AND ASKED TO VACATE THE PREMISES WITHOUT A REFUND DUE. 
• An appointment with the International Arts Festival management is required to receive approval of space. Space must be signed for and all fees paid by Friday, September 29th, 2023. 

2 day package - (Saturday - Sunday) FEE – $350.00 

Please contact the INTERNATIONAL ARTS FESTIVAL to state your intent to become a vendor. However, verbal consent does not guarantee booth rental space. All applications must be in writing and include the fee mentioned. There is a limited amount of booth space available, therefore applicants should respond as soon as possible to assure participation. The signature below serves as contract between International Arts Festival and the vendor. A copy of this form will be returned to the vendor. Deadline for receipt of this application and fees is Friday, September 29, 2023. 

ALL VENDORS SHOULD PRESENT A COPY OF CONTRACT, WITH PROOF OF FEES PAID TO ENTER THE GROUND AND RECEIVE PACKET/PASSES ON October 6th, 2023. 

FEES WILL NOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Festival Producers Reserve the right to accept or reject any application at their sole discretion. 

DIRECTOR CONFIRMS ALL FINAL ITEMS TO BE SOLD BY VENDOR; THREFORE PLEASE CONTACT THE INTERNATIONAL ARTS FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 

This contract shall remain binding unless a new agreement is reached and signed by all parties involved. 

In consideration of permission granted by International Arts Festival for me to participate in the INTERNATIONAL ARTS FESTIVAL, which will occur on October 7th and 8th, 2023. 

I represent, covenant and agree, on behalf of myself and my heirs, assigns, and any other person claiming by, under or through me, as follows: 

1. I acknowledge that participating in the Activity involves certain risks (some of which I may not fully appreciate) and that injuries, death, property damage or other harm could occur to me or others. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, including any associated travel, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of International Arts Festival, and/or its or their departments, trustees, affiliates, employees, officers, agents or insurers ("Released Parties"). 

2. I waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injuries, damages, losses or claims, whether known and unknown, which arise during or result from my 5 participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties. I release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims. 

3. I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, `damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties
