The Research and Scholarly Activities Committee is pleased to announce that planning is underway for the Annual Celebration of Research-Scholarly Activities. The event will be co-sponsored by The Professional Nurses Association of WNY and Sigma Theta Tau Chapters:
-Gamma Kappa (University at Buffalo)
-Gamma Theta (Niagara University)
- Pi Zeta (Daemen College)
- Zeta Nu ( D’Youville College).
This annual event will be held on April 4th, 2023.
Abstracts will be accepted February 10-March 03, 2023. Abstracts should be related to research, literature matrices, concept analyses, systematic reviews, evidence-based projects, leadership/management/education projects, magnet projects, DNP capstone projects, and other scholarly activities.
Presentations will be capped at 32 posters. Earlier submissions will be considered first, so please plan ahead. Announcement of accepted abstracts will be sent to the corresponding author on March 24th, 2023. Abstract acceptance is conditional on completed conference registration.
There needs to be one corresponding author per poster. Only the corresponding author will receive an email regarding poster acceptance, with the expectation that information will be shared with all authors.
Posters will be judged and awarded to first, second, and third place.
