MDSA Spring 2020 Refund Request
Following the cancellation of the 2020 Spring House Program due to the COVID-19 Shelter-in-Place order, families may request a refund of fees paid for the 2020 Spring Program using this form. The form must be completed for each player for whom a refund is desired.

Alternatively, fees paid for Spring 2020 can be used towards registration for the 2020 Fall House Program. Players registered for Spring 2020 will automatically receive a reduction of the Spring fees on Fall registration. To register for Fall 2020, go to inleague.mdsoccer.org.
