Bobcat Band Interest Form
Please fill out the information if you would like your child to join the Central Middle School Band for the 2024-2025 school year. Please return the completed form to the Central Middle School front office to be placed in Emily Young's box by May 24th. Students who are already in band do not need to fill the form out again. New band students must pre register by May 24th to be considered for scheduling for the 24-25 school year. Scheduling is subject to the needs and availability of Central Middle School. Completing and submitting this form does not guarantee your child will be in band for the 2024-2025 school year.

Students who are wanting to be a part of our Bobcat Band will need to be dedicated, committed, and willing to step out of their learning comfort zones and have fun. 

Students will be responsible for purchasing what is necessary for the class. Some of those items include Band Method book, valve oil, cork grease, mouthpieces, reeds and musical instruments. The school does have a very limited inventory of instruments for those who may not be able to acquire one and who would need to borrow an instrument. Arrangements will be made on a case by case basis should the need arise and the student will need to be flexible because it is possible a first choice of instrument may not be available to borrow from the school.
