This form is your reservation request for a rental of a Sign Gypsies Slidell yard greeting. Rentals are for 24-36 hours unless otherwise indicated/requested. Once we have reviewed your request and determined availability, we will email your invoice with a link for payment.

Your greeting will be custom designed according to the details you provide. Each birthday setup includes 1 name and age.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY letterset will be chosen to complement your requested color scheme. Please note color requests in the comment section of this order form. We have a variety of colors and an eye for design and can coordinate with any theme! To view all our color selections, please check out our photo albums on our Facebook page. 

These greetings are about 20-30 feet wide.

Additional Days are $35 each.

We deliver and install your greeting the day before the birthday or event, with delivery time frames between 9am-2pm OR 4pm or after. 


HAPPY ANNIVERSARY GREETING PACKAGE
Our anniversary greetings include wedding-related graphics - hearts, flowers, rings, wedding bells, champagne, etc. - and will be customized to coordinate with your preferred colors. Please note your requests in the comments section of the order form.

Announce the new bundle of joy in style! All of our new baby greetings are 3-day rentals
CUSTOM MESSAGES
Custom messages are spelled out using individual letters and are $120 for up to 20 characters. (Coordinating graphics, balloons & stars are not included in the 20-character limit. These are automatically part of the design of greeting.) 24-36 hour rental

Extended phrases are $25 per 10 additional letters.

The set up is usually 15-25 feet wide and at least 5 feet between 2 rows.

*Schools, businesses, churches, charities & government agencies are eligible for discounted rates for custom phrases. Please fill out this form and we will contact you with that discounted rate.

If recipient/recipients are age 21 or older, are the use of alcohol related graphics approved? We have items such as beer, wine, champagne, margarita, whiskey or glass/bottle/barrel. Please indicate YES or NO and what items are approved. NONE will be included for those under age 21. NONE will be included if recipient is age 21 or older and no answer is given. **Due to licensing restrictions, we can't set up alcohol-related items in displays that include our licensed college graphics.

Are you sending this as a gift for somebody who doesn't live with you? We'll leave behind a gift tag so the recipient knows who sent the sign - just let us know below what you'd like the gift tag to say!
*Please note: for everyone's safety, somebody in the home must know we will be installing a greeting on their property. 
POLICIES & PROCEDURES  *

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

• Payment is required before delivery. Bookings are not secured until invoice is paid in full.

• 💦WATER!!!💦 Please water/soak your yard in the days before delivery. Soft ground is necessary for installation. Unsure if you need to water? Try the "screwdriver test." Stick a screwdriver into your lawn. If it easily goes in all the way, you’re good to go. If you have to push hard or use a hammer, PLEASE WATER. (We cannot stress this enough.)

• No need to be home during delivery or removal - we will install your greeting quickly and quietly in the best location for aesthetic and installation purposes.  

• If your greeting is a surprise for an address other than your own, please notify someone in the home we will be on property for setup and take down, possibly late after dark or early before sunrise. Our signs are meant to be fun surprises - for everyone’s safety, we want to make sure we don’t scare anyone! If requested, we will leave a note on the doorknob with the sender’s name so the recipient will know who sent the greeting.

• Due to the unique nature of each order and number of orders per day, we can’t guarantee a specific delivery/pick up time. We only guarantee delivery within the window specified on your invoice. 

PERSONAL INJURIES & DAMAGES

• Please do not move our signs; only Sign Gypsies representatives are authorized to handle our inventory. Contact us if you need the signs removed early and we will assist you ASAP. The renter is responsible for damage caused to our signs/stakes if an attempt is made to relocate/remove them.

• Please protect our inventory from damage caused by pets. The renter is responsible for replacement/cleaning costs, should damage occur.

•  Please pause all lawn maintenance and turn off sprinkler systems while the sign is in the yard. Lawnmowers, weed-eaters and automatic sprinklers can damage our signs, and grass clippings will stain. The renter is responsible for replacement/cleaning costs, should damage occur. 

• Neither Sign Gypsies nor its representatives are responsible nor liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.

• We encourage you to pose next to the display for photographs, but for the safety of everyone, please do not touch, lean on, or play near the display. Our items will not safely support weight or pressure. We will not be held liable for injuries or damages that occur.

• All signs are property of Sign Gypsies, the customer is responsible for any damages/replacement charges.


PHOTO & ADVERTISING RELEASE

•  We may photograph your yard greeting and share it on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.). If you prefer we don’t, no problem! Just let us know.

•  We will place a small ad sign with our logo and contact information along with the greeting. This sign is unobtrusive, acts as a trademark of our work, and indicates ownership of our property. Please do not remove the ad sign.

REFUND POLICIES

• In case of weather conditions threatening the safety of our personnel or inventory, we will cancel deliveries. We are happy to reschedule your order, or we will issue a full refund.

• We do not issue refunds if we are unable to install your sign because the yard is too hard/dry. We appreciate your understanding, as we invest time and labor in your order by preparing our inventory to your specific requests, driving to the delivery location, and attempting installation for at least 20 minutes. We will make every effort to install your sign, but a hard, dry yard can make that impossible. If we must abandon installation because of dry ground, we’ll do our best to arrange a second installation time after the yard has been thoroughly watered. There is a $45 return fee for a second installation attempt.

• No refunds will be given due to the renter giving us an incorrect address. 

• No refunds will be given due to denied access to a gated community. 

By placing an order with Sign Gypsies Slidell, you agree to all policies stated above.


WATERING POLICY *

A HARD DRY YARD MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND

• It is essential that you prepare your yard for sign installation by soaking it thoroughly, even if it has recently rained.

• Check your yard to make sure it’s soft. If a 6" screwdriver penetrates EASILY in multiple spots in the display area, your yard is ready. Please leave the hose or sprinkler in the spot where you watered so we’ll know where to install.

• We will not drill or hammer our stakes into your yard, as it damages our inventory and puts our installers at risk for injury. Plus it’s noisy.

• There will be no refund if we can’t install your sign because your yard is too hard/dry. We appreciate your understanding, as we invest time/labor in your order by preparing our inventory to your custom requests, driving to the delivery location, and attempting installation for at least 20 minutes. 

• If your sign is canceled due to hard/dry ground: we will re-attempt installation (if timing allows) on the same or next day after you’ve soaked the ground thoroughly.  There will be a $45 return fee for a second installation attempt.
