The event is organized as part of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the Italian Research Institutes: the National Research Council (CNR), the Council for Agricultural Research and Economics (CREA), the National Agency for New Technologies, Renewable Energy and Sustainable Economic Development (ENEA), and the Italian Institute for Environmental Research and Protection (ISPRA).
