West High Class of 2021 - Please use this form to let us know if you plan to participate in the West High School graduation ceremony at the Xtreme Arena in Coralville on Sunday, June 6th at 1:00pm. All students participating in the ceremony must wear the required graduation cap, gown and tassel.  If you do not not wish to attend the ceremony to receive your diploma in person, we will make other arrangements for you to collect it. Please complete this form by Friday, April 30th.
