(1) Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join the L&M Disposal Team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Some daily tasks may include; billing through Quickbooks, emailing clients, drafting up formal letters or creating financial & general spreadsheets in Excel/Google Sheets.

(2) Responsibilities
•  Checking & Balancing business expenses
•  Send Daily Invoices/Emails to clients
•  Draft correspondences and other formal documents
•  Plan and schedule appointments and events
•  Develop and implement organized filing systems
•  Check the accuracy of business transactions
•  Perform data entry and administrative duties

(3) Qualifications:
•  Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
•  Ability to prioritize and multitask
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Strong organizational skills
•  Deadline and detail-oriented

(4) Technical Skills:
•  QuickBooks
•  Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
•  Gmail

(5) Compensation Range
$20.00 – $25.00 / USD • Hourly

* Compensation is heavy based upon previous experience/skill *
