As member feedback is what drives our programming team to offer you quality and safe programs and activities, we want to hear from you about how you envision your return to NESA to look like in the coming seasons. Lots has changed over the last 16 months and we anticipate some changes to our schedules, activities, and the way we do things. To help our team ensure we can provide you with the most enjoyable recreation centre experience, we ask for your participation and support in completing the following survey questions.

Would you feel more comfortable at NESA if social distancing guidelines continued to be implemented during your visit? Please check off all that apply: *

Limited class and activity occupancies (i.e. Small class/program sizes for large-group activities)

Where possible, relocate larger programs and activities into alternate spaces

Designated movement and activity spaces (i.e. Markers or signs to indicate where to sit, stand, etc)

Staggered activity/program start and end times (To prevent crowding in locker areas, bathrooms, hallways, etc).

Partitions separating patrons and volunteers/staff at high-traffic areas (i.e. At the front office desk)

Access to hand sanitizer dispensers and disinfection wipes for you to use pre and post activity

Reservation-based bookings for the Fitness Centre

Reduced occupancy limits in the Fitness Centre
