Please note that this registration form is ONLY for the following camps:

June 20 - 24: Little Lins
July 18 - 22: Mouse Camp

If you are interested in one of the half day camps offered other weeks, please EMAIL the teacher directly. Teacher email addresses can be found at createspacekc.com on the individual camp listing as well as the calendar listing for that camp.

Filling out this form is your registration. This is not an info form. As long as a camp is not marked as FULL, your camper is confirmed in the camp and will be directly added to the roster.
