Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in any courses offered by Koala Play & Learn, the student and/or his/her parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions as specified below. Koala Play & Learn reserves the right to update and change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
Please note that the use of the terms “class” and “sessions” refer to courses conducted by Koala Play & Learn and Collaboration Partners.

ENROLLMENT
1. The student’s enrollment is only confirmed when the Registration Form and payment is complete.
2. Koala Play & Learn reserves the right to update instructor allocation, course fees, course duration and
curriculum content as deemed appropriate or necessary.
3. No refund shall be processed for any promotional discounts missed and/or withdrawals from class.
4.As part of the policy, cases that require temporary stoppage/ disruption of school operation beyond it`s control (e.g. natural calamity, pandemic, war) do not merit any refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The minimum number of students required for a class to be confirmed is five (5). In the event of low sign-up, Koala Play & Learn will notify parents/ guardians 14 days prior to the class starting. We reserve the right to cancel 7 days before the class if minimum number of students are below five (5), in which case the course fee that was paid will be refunded in full.

WITHDRAWALS
Students can cancel their registration within 24 hours of purchase and receive 100% credit note. After 24 hours, no refunds/credit notes shall be processed.

MAKE-UP CLASSES
We do not offer make-up options for any missed session.

 DISCIPLINE AND SAFETY
1. Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for the safety of the student before and after class. Students
are welcome to arrive 10-minutes prior to the start of the class to settle in and should be picked up NO
later than 10-minutes after class ends.
2. In the event of a serious accident that may require immediate medical attention, Koala Play & Learn may see the need to bring your child to the nearest clinic/hospital which is Al Mana General Hospital, Al Rakah District. By enrolling in, you have given us consent to do so and parents/guardians will be notified immediately.
3. In the event where a student causes damage to any Koala Play & Learn property, the parents/guardians will be notified and are responsible to pay for the associated costs and damages (based on the market value) arising from the incident.

Standards of behavior
1.Koala Play & Learn standards of behaviour apply to all members of our community, including children,
parents and guardians, teachers and other staff members, board members, volunteers, and visitors.
Koala Play & Learn reserves the right to exclude or require the withdrawal of any child conduct or influences, behavior that jeopardizes the school’s ability to guarantee the safety of its children, interferes with learning, involves conduct that is injurious to the school’s moral tone or to the physical or mental well-being of others.We also reserve the right to exclude or require the withdrawal of any child if the actions or inactions of the student’s parents or guardians prevent a positive and constructive working relationship or interfere with fulfilling our mission, standards and values as determined in the sole discretion. Our decision will be final in these matters.The school reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement any of its policies at any time in its sole discretion. Parents will be notified in a timely manner of any changes that directly impact them.
