Celebrate T21 Picnic Parade Registration form
Celebrate T21 is calling out to all families and friends to don your socks, pack your baskets, pull out a rug, indulge a little on scrumptious goods whilst connecting with each other this World Down Syndrome Day (March 21st).

Once registered we will send you a digital “picnic basket” of goodies, all you need to promote and enjoy the day will be included.

We would love our ‘picknickers’ to share snaps via social media using #picnicparade @celebratet21 You may even win a prize for photo of the week! The #picnicparade can be held anytime during March, but we encourage you do the 21st if possible.

As the picnic parade is a major fundraiser for Celebrate T21 and helps us to specifically fund our #celebratet21giftpacks to families receiving a pre or postnatal diagnosis of Trisomy 21 (Down syndrome).

• Celebrate T21 is not responsible for the venue, or any public liability or insurances a venue might entail. Please check with the venue and local council for more information about public liability insurance, and terms of hire.
• We(the applicant) are responsible for ensuring that our picnic abides by all state and federal COVID restrictions.
• We(the applicant) understand and acknowledge that no fundraising outside of the Jolly Soles boxes(unless prior and explicitly arranged with Stephanie Rodden) is authorised by Celebrate T21.
• As any photos taken during the picnic and shared with Celebrate T21 will appear in multiple social and other mediums we(the applicant) will ensure that all present in those photos have consented to said photos being shared.
• We(the applicant) will ensure that all Celebrate T21 imagery; inclusive of logo and banners will be used in an appropriately, respectfully, and not as an unauthorised endorsement for any other group, company, or product.
• Celebrate T21 is not responsible for any cancelations to the overall event due to COVID or unforeseen circumstances and it is up to us(the applicant) as organises to manage any cancellations due to localised sources (weather, state restrictions etc)
