PARENTAL CONSENT

I hereby authorize :

- The managers of the Aventura Kids Megève camp to take any necessary emergency measures in the event of injury, illness or hospitalization of the above-mentioned child, over whom I exercise parental authority.

- My child to take part in all outings or activities organized by the Aventura Kids Megève course leaders and to use their private vehicles.

- I accept the terms and conditions of the Aventura Kids Megève camp.  

And if any expenses are incurred for the child's care, I undertake to reimburse them.

IMAGE RIGHTS AUTHORIZATION for minors

As part of our "Aventura Kids Megève" activity, photos or videos of your child may be used to promote our activity. We therefore request your authorization.

I authorize the shooting and publication of images in which my child appears on the Aventura Kids Megève website, its social networks (Facebook and Instagram) and communication flyers with the sole purpose of promoting the activity of Aventura Kids Megève for a period of 5 years from the date of signing this authorization.

THE LITTLE ADVENTURER'S BACKPACK

Cap + Sunglasses + Sun cream

Snack + Water

Picnic + snack + water (for full days except Monday)

Change of clothes (tee-shirt / shorts or sports pants / sweater)

Rain cape or waterproof K-way jacket
1 fleece jacket or warm sweater (weather can change very quickly in the mountains)  

Pocket money (for souvenirs) = optional

For allergies or specific treatments = prescription + medication kit
 

Children must be well-shod (sneakers or mountain boots), wear comfortable clothes suitable for outings in the great outdoors, and carry a backpack that fits them and is big enough to hold everything they'll need for their outings with "Aventura Kids Megève".

Rules of conduct

Trainees and their legal representatives are responsible for any damage caused to third parties or to equipment. They must therefore be covered by a personal liability insurance policy. They must also be covered by social security and a complementary health insurance scheme.

A repatriation and health assistance contract is also highly recommended if the child is not already covered (check if he/she is covered by your school insurance, car insurance, bank card, etc.).

The legal guardian of the child participating in the activities accepts the above provisions by completing the attached registration documents.

No misbehavior will be tolerated.

We reserve the right to exclude a child if his/her behavior is inappropriate. No reimbursement will be made in the event of dismissal.

Traitement des données personnelles (RGPD) 

Les données personnelles (nom, prénom, date de naissance, adresse postale, mail et téléphone) sont uniquement réservées à « Aventura Kids Megève » et sont destinées à la préparation et l’organisation des activités. 

« Aventura Kids Megève » sera seule responsable du traitement de ces données et les conservera pour une durée de 5 ans. 

Le client pourra demander à effacer ces données en en faisant la demande par mail à tout moment.
