Please fill out the form to request a time and date to empty your locker, cage or SP Room. The access procedure is as follows:
Provide your name and locker/room/cage number that you wish to access. The time slots will be  from 10 AM at 30 minute intervals on Monday 8/24 and Thursday 8/27. Please email Eric Pulse at epulse@calpoly.edu if the available dates don't work for you.

To access your project, please pull up to the yard across from the Library on North Perimeter. Proceed directly to the appropriate bathroom and wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds. After washing, you can access your locker, cage or room. Eric will sanitize the area after you are finished.

Please complete your project clearing within the allotted time in order to maintain social distancing with other students wishing to access their areas as well.

This form is updated every Friday for the following week. The URL does not change and can be used for another visit if necessary.
