By registering for and attending the April 23-25, 2024 ITSS Summit in Seattle, Washington, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

* I agree not to participate in the ITSS Summit if either I or anyone in my household has, on the day the event begins, a current COVID-19 infection, or has had such an infection or exposure within 10 days of the event’s April 23 start date.
 
* I acknowledge that neither Collin College, the National Convergence Technology Center (CTC), nor the "IT Skill Standards 2020 and Beyond" project have any responsibility for travel expenses that have to be forfeited (or incurred) should my contracting COVID either prevent me from attending ITSS Summit or keep me in Washington past April 25.
 
* I understand that the National CTC can only provide travel stipend support to those who attend and participate in the ITSS Summit April 23-25, 2024.
