Overview
Culinary Harvest was established in 2020 to connect Main Line residents with local small-business producers through an online platform during the peak of the COVID pandemic. We have established a reputation for promoting the highest-quality local items to our loyal Main Line customer base. In 2023, we launched the Berwyn Farmers Market in conjunction with Eadeh Enterprises to bring those local producers and makers directly to the residents of Berwyn as an in-person outdoor experience.
The Market is physically located in the Bronze Plaza at 511 Old Lancaster Rd Berwyn, PA 19312.
The Sunday morning market is held weekly rain or shine 10:00am - 1:00pm during the regular season (May 5, 2024-December 22, 2024) and 10:00am - 12:00pm during the winter market (January-April 2025, 2nd and 4th Sundays).
Each vendor will have a 10x10 vending location for the cost of $35 per week unless otherwise specified by Culinary Harvest management.
The market fee of $35 includes one vending space unless otherwise arranged by Culinary Harvest management. Parking is free and available at the nearby parking lot. Fee payment for your confirmed/approved season dates can be paid in advance for a 5% discount and is not refundable. If prepayment is not submitted, market fees will thus be collected on the scheduled market date either by check or cash. If payment is not provided at that time, an invoice will be sent by email on a quarterly basis at a surcharge of $10 for bookkeeping costs. Check payments must be made out to Culinary Harvest LLC. Additional payment methods may be available upon request. All 2024 fees must be paid in full by December 22, 2024.
- If you confirm your spot in the market lineup by Wednesday night and do not show up at your scheduled market date, a fee of $35 will be charged.
The Chester County Health Department requires that each vendor has a tent. Vendors are responsible for utilizing adequate weights (at least 25 lbs for each leg) at every market.
Vendor Requirement: General Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 minimum with Culinary Harvest (511 Old Lancaster Rd, Berwyn PA 19312) listed as the “Certificate Holder” and “Additional Insured” on a policy that shows current coverage that encompasses your scheduled date(s) at the market. Upon acceptance as a vendor, a vendor must provide proof of insurance within 30 days.
