We are truly appreciative of your support to allow us to create a successful kid friendly event.

Ketchup Enterprise LLC is an Event Coordinating Company located in Schenectady, NY. Our mission is to provide every individual the opportunity to have the event of their dreams at an affordable price. We coordinate a variety of events, not only for adults but for children. On July 4, 2022 we are planning to host a special Easter celebration located in Albany NY, for children of all ages to participate. We will have eggs for the children to color, food, drinks, games, and prizes followed by an egg hunt.

We all know the youth is our future. Our goal for this event and many more to come is to put them first and give them an opportunity to meet and build relationships with other children around the capital region. We all dream of having play dates for our children. With you, being part of the youth events, it allows you to put the future of your company first by the way of advertisement with us.

In order to keep costs low, for the Easter event we rely on donated food, beverages, and supplies/gift cards. This would allow more funds to go towards the event as a whole. We have decided to acquire sponsors by offering advertisement by the way of a banner that would be placed at our event, flyer creation with your logo, and a final video that would include content from our event finished with your sponsored business on social media platforms. The cost would be $175 or more if you choose to donate additional funds. Tax ID # available upon request. Marketing for the event will be sponsored on social media platforms with the intent to reach thousands.
