We, the undersigned participants, agree that we will: *

Agree to pay all sums raised in the name of PIPS Hope and Support Ltd directly to PIPS Hope and Support Ltd at a date no later than 4 weeks after the fundraising event, unless otherwise agreed by PIPS Hope and Support Ltd.

Agree to comply with all the rules, regulations in-line with Covid-19 guidance issued from teh NI Executive

Acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing

Understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, and their families

Waive and Release any and all claims that we may have against PIPS Hope and Support, its organising committee, employees, sponsors, surrounding businesses, or any one or more of them or their executors, heirs, next of kin, successors or assigns (Hereafter known as “The Releasees”) INCLUDING - ANY and ALL Claims for damages caused by the negligence or breach of contract of any of them howsoever arising out of my participation in the event and its related activities together with any costs including Legal Fees that may be incurred as a result of any such claim whether valid or invalid;

Acknowledge that participation in the competition carries with it potential hazards. We therefore release “The Releasees” as defined in paragraph 2(a), from any and all claims for injury or death during the event and its related activities
