𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲

The purpose of this role is to deliver organization and people transformation solutions for our clients. You will be managing team(s) of best and brightest minds and collaborating with our experts to produce outstanding results. Your key responsibilities includes;

- Working with clients’ project and managerial representatives to diagnose and identify business, people and organizational transformation issues
- Managing project team(s) with internal and external members through the project lifecycle starting from understanding, identifying critical issues, developing/innovating and effectively delivering impactful solutions for clients  
- Impacting, influencing and supporting clients during project delivery while maintaining a  trusting relationship with clients’ operational level decision makers for a smooth and successful project delivery
- Contributing proactively on the organization’s business development activities including actively identifying and bringing in opportunities, drafting and presenting proposals, bringing valuable insights and active participation in business planning, etc.
- Leading the development and execution of initiatives to advance the organization, team and your role as a consultant

- You are passionate about helping businesses and its people to grow
- You keep up to date with the latest news and trends about businesses, organizations, and human capital development
- You have 5 - 8 years of experience relevant to business, organization or people related consulting work and a track record of managing and delivering successful projects
- You have excellent analytical, conceptualization, and problem solving skills with the ability and passion to learn at a rapid pace
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment to deliver outcome-based projects ensuring a successful outcome, optimal utilization of resources, effectiveness and engagement of team members
- You are decisive and take actions that are supported by data and strong rationales
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, verbal/written communication skills in both English and Thai, and is capable of discussing and dealing with business managers across different industries
- You have a strong drive to develop yourself, your colleagues, your organization and your clients and have successfully shown meaningful results in your previous roles
- You are excellent at developing and giving effective presentations
- You are proficient in using office applications and tools especially word processing, presentation development, and spreadsheet
- You have a strong academic background
