If you would like to host a MTS PD Day Session under the MSLA banner on October 20, 2023, please fill out this form and submit by June 1, 2023. It is ok to partially fill out the form for now if you don't have all the details finalized. We can add more details at a later date. Please provide a short description for your session. What can people expect to do/learn? What will you share? Do participants need to bring anything with them? *

Is your session being offered virtually, in person, or a combination of both?   *
What time will your session start and end? We ask that sessions be at least 90 minutes, and if possible occur between 9:00 am-12:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm. Please avoid scheduling over the lunch hour (12:00-1:00).  *
Do you require an additional fee to cover materials, etc.? Please be specific about the fee and what it will cover.  *
