In its fifth year, the American Civic Collaboration Awards will continue to highlight outstanding efforts of civic collaboration making impacts in local, national, and youth communities. Use this form to submit a nomination for an individual, organization, or collaborative project.

Nominations will be open from March 28th - April 29th, 2022.

We seek to represent the full diversity of the United States among our nominees. This includes political diversity, religious diversity, and also underrepresented groups including, but not limited to, BIPOC+ people, LGBTQ+ people, and persons with disabilities.
