Matcha Illustration Commission Application Form

General Process:
  1. Submit your application. By submitting this form, you confirm you have read and agree with my TOS.
  2. I will review all inquiries and assign them to slots based on deadlines/commission-type/complexity. You will be contacted within 48 hours of application submission with notification of acceptance/rejection of your request.
  3. As the time of your slot approaches and when I am ready to start your commission, I will contact you with payment details. You will have up to 7 days after this outreach to send your payment. I only accept payments via Paypal.* 
*Upfront payment will depend on the commission type:
  • For character illustrations: Full payment upfront is required.
  • For full illustrations: Half (50%) of the payment is required upfront and the remaining balance must be paid in full at completion. You will have up to 10 days after commission completion to provide the remainder of the payment.

Commission Description *
General idea of what to include in your description: Subject (s) (OC? Fictional Character?), Background (color, pattern/graphics, scenery, setting, etc...), Pose ("falling from the sky, arms stretched"...), Perspective ("from birds view, from below...") anything that you want me to include.
Please also indicate the dimensions of your desired artwork, if possible!
Do you need additional help with brainstorming/planning your commission idea? If so, would you be interested in being supported by my creative direction and consultation for an additional fee? *
As long as you come to me with an established purpose of your commission and how you want to use the artwork, I would be able to help brainstorm artistic aspects such as composition, posing, scenery, and design elements for an additional fee of $30 (USD)
