Transfer Form
Please do not use this form to withdraw from a class. Use the Withdrawal Request Form for that. 

Please fill out this form if you want to move your athlete from one class to another.
**Do not register your child yourself, or you will be in multiple classes and will be charged.**

    Steps for Transferring to a New Class:

    1. Visit the Registration Page: First, go to our registration page and choose the class you want to transfer into.

    2. Check Availability: Make sure the class has the word "Register" next to it. If it says "Waitlist," the class is full.
      You can add your child to the waitlist yourself on the portal.
      **Please do not use this form to add your child to a waitlist.**

    3. Before Submitting: Please confirm the class says "Register" next to it before submitting this form.

If you register your athlete in a class without using this form, you will be registering for an additional class, and will be charged for a second class.

Transfers are immediate - for the next day the class is held. If you want to transfer for the beginning of the next month, please add a comment.

We will respond to this form submission within 24 business hours - via email.
If you have a Hotmail email address, our emails might not come through. You can check the portal to see if we have moved your athlete.
