Orientation Leaders welcome new Nanooks to UAF and serve as peer mentors as new students transition to UAF.

Orientation Leaders participate in an intensive, comprehensive training period just prior to New Student Orientation and in return for their service are provided most meals during training and the NSO program, an OL uniform to wear during the training program, and a small stipend.
