A “Commuter” is a camper who is not staying in a residence hall during camp and will drive (or will be driven) to and from campus each day.

This form MUST BE COMPLETED by the parent/guardian of a camper who registers as a “Commuter” during the Summer Music Institute at Western Illinois University. Please refer to the SMI Camper Handbook for specific information regarding students who choose to commute.
