Dino Drop-In Business Membership Program

At Dino Drop-In, we recognized the need for - and the benefits of - childcare for our business growth and development. We created Dino Drop-In to provide a valuable benefit for local families with young children. Dino Drop-In has been well received from its inception, and continues to provide a safe, engaging and convenient learning environment for our students.

After 8 years of operations and moving to the Bozeman High Campus in January 2024 we are uniquely positioned to offer childcare benefits to our local business community. That prompted us to create guaranteed opportunities for sustained enrollment through the Dino Drop-In Business Membership Program. 

The Dino Drop-In Business Membership Program is a way for area businesses to offer a local childcare option to their employees. We have three tiers of membership, outlined below, to accommodate a wide range of business and individual interests. Whether your company wants to fully subsidize childcare for employees, take a blended approach, or just let employees know about availability, we have a package for you.

Option 1: Full Business Membership

• Own one or more spots within Dino Drop-In. Priority placement when waitlists exist.

• Cost per spot per month is $100 plus tuition paid by the business quarterly. Custom schedules and extended hours are available.

• Participating businesses are responsible for collecting tuition from the employee if they decide to do so. 

• Participating business may use the spot/s however they deem necessary in any of the following ways: 

• Spot(s) belongs to the participating business for duration of contract term. For example, spot(s) can be used as a drop in or permanent spot(s) for their employee/s.  

• A 5% discount is provided to Businesses that pay annually. 

• Quarterly reviews for Changes that are necessary.

Option 2: Partial Business Membership

• Covers the basic overhead expenses for the spot per month. 

• Cost of a spot per month is $200 and paid quarterly. This does not include tuition. Parent is responsible for paying tuition directly to Dino Drop-In.

• Partial Business Membership pays to keep spot(s) available as a priority for employee/s,  

• Offers quarterly review for any changes necessary. 

Option 3: Business Affiliate

• No Cost to Employer 

• Employee benefit of discounted additional hours after base tuition

• No priority for spots

• Information about tuition, availability and tour set up link provided to business contact through a custom web link so that employees can get set up for care quickly upon hire. 

• Offers quarterly review for any changes necessary.
