We are so glad that you have decided to apply to rent our studio space at Grace & Grounding. It is a beautiful space and we love to share it with others in the community. 

Once we have reviewed your application, we will be contacting you to set up a tour of the studio. No worries!  This will be an informal process. You can ask any question you like without any obligation to rent. There are a few expectations that we want you to be aware of before moving forward.

Expectations:

1. We are a Christian Wellness facility, which means there may be references to Christianity, the Bible, and other spiritual symbols within the space. Please be sure that this is something you are ok with before signing the rental agreement.

2. You are responsible for securing your own professional insurance. We have liability on the space (provided to you upon request) but your own professional insurance may be needed.

3. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement and pay for the rental before your time is secured.

4. Our priority is the safety and security of the people who enter our space. Please behave with kindness, compassion, and grace for yourself and for the people you invite.

5. By procuring the space under a rental agreement, you are not in anyway connected with Grace & Grounding and will not be permitted to utilize our logo or other marketing references for your own purposes other than to reference the space it will be held.

If you would like to have your event promoted by Grace & Grounding, please email info@graceandgrounding.com. Procuring promotions of the event and assistance from Grace & Grounding and its affiliates would go under a 1099 sub-contractor agreement instead.
