If you would like to cancel your AP exam(s) this spring for any reason, please complete this form so that MLWGS may issue you a partial refund of $56 per exam if this form is submitted by April 15th at 11:59pm. Please also use this form to notify Dr. Loving of last minute cancellations, even though no refunds will be issued after April 15th. It is critical that we know of all cancellations so that we can adjust proctor numbers accordingly.
If you cancel in time for a partial refund, it will placed back on the credit card used and should be processed by early May. Contact Ms. Charity (

NOTE: Students are reminded that the Governor's Seal for diplomas requires 9 transferable college credits (three AP courses with a score of 3 or higher) in addition a 3.0 GPA and meeting the course requirements for an Advanced Studies diploma. Additionally, students should consider the transferability of college credits and prospective college policies when consideration exam cancellations.
