We strongly recommend that someone is present during the installation. We don't take any responsibility for anything that may happen when the owner or representative is not present. Anything that happen that you are not happy with and you were not present will only be fixed or changed at the clients account.

We may make use of a contractor to do the home drop installations, but the fibre termination (splicing) and configuration of the equipment will be done by Jebo Connect technicians. Because this is done by separate teams, the home drop and termination / configuration may not happen on the same day.

We recommend that the fibre drop is installed in a central location in the home to allow better WiFi coverage. At the same location we require two 2 Point plugs to power the network equipment

Home Drop Cost and route.
The home drop is free of charge for any package above R499.00 per month. Should you cancel within 12Months a R1500.00 excluding 15% VAT will be charged to cover the cost.

The free installation includes the following:
1x Standard Free to Use WiFi Router (remains property of Jebo Connect)
1x FIBRE ONU (remains property of Jebo Connect and may not be removed from installation location)
50m Route Build ( from the box on the property boundary outside to termination point inside)
20m Grass Trench including Fibre Duct
12m 20mm PVC Conduit (above ground)
1m Concrete Cutting
5m Paving Lifting only

Paving Terms:
Where other methods are not feasible, our teams will lift paving as a last
resort. They will only lift paving that is not cemented or grouted down, and up to
a maximum length of 5m. The contractor will aim to relay the paving to the best
of their ability, but we cannot guarantee that it will be left in the original
condition. The client is responsible to replace any broken pavers. In the event that you have more than 5m of paving that requires lifting, or your paving is cemented or grouted down, we recommend you have a conduit
laid by a builder/electrician prior to the installation.

Concrete Cutting Terms:
We will cut concrete but the client needs to replace it.

Grass Terms:
Grass will be lifted in blocks if possible and placed back accordingly. We do not take responsibility for grass that dies. We recommend that topsoil is placed on top and watering once a day in the morning for one week.

Extra Cost:
Route build more than 50m @R30,00 per meter
Trench more than 20m @R20.00 per meter
20mm PVC pipe @R10.00 per meter
Concrete cutting @ R30.00 per meter
